The Cathedral church of the Holy Metropolis of Constance - Famagusta is dedicated to Saint George the great martyr , who is the patron saint and protector of the town of Paralimni . The memory of the Saint is celebrated on the 23rd of April , and on November 3rd , the seed , translation of the relics of the Saint. It is built right next to the old church of St. George. The square of churches include the churches of Agia Anna, Agios Georgios ( old church ) and the Cathedral of St. George.
