Η λιτή, λυόμενη και πρόχειρα κατασκευασμένη εκκλησία του Αποστόλου Ανδρέα βρίσκεται στο συνοικισμό «Στρόβολος3» και κτίστηκε μετά το 1974, για να καλύψει τις θρησκευτικές ανάγκες των προσφύγων.

Πρόσφατα έχει ανεγερθεί νέος μεγάλος ναός, σε κοντινή απόσταση από τη λυόμενη εκκλησία, ο οποίος και πάλι είναι αφιερωμένος στον Απόστολο Ανδρέα.

Κοντά στην ακρόπολη του Αρχαίου Ιδαλίου, στα ανατολικά της πόλης, βρίσκεται το εκκλησάκι του Αγίου Γεωργίου του Τροπαιοφόρου. Κτίστηκε τον 15ο αιώνα και αποτελεί ένα μονόκλιτο ναό σε ρυθμό βασιλικής με τρούλο.
